Health
We believe that it's our responsibility to only sell healthy, well started bearded dragons. Therefore, we offer a 30 days guarantee on the healthiness of the bearded dragons being sold. On one condition: your dragon becomes ill for reasons that are not of your own fault. Any health problem must be reported to us immediately, and we assume that it is your responsibility to do so. We will provide you with guides and inputs in how to help your dragon to becoming better. If the condition worsened, we will give your money back and have the dragon be sent back to us. The shipping fee is not refundable. However, we will pay 1/2 of the shipping fee for returning your sick dragon back to us.
Payment
We accept credit cards through PayPal. Our PayPal account is Spicedragons@gmail.com. We also accept money orders and checks under certain circumstances. However, these forms of payment need to clear out before we can ship the beardie(s).
To place a dragon on hold, we do require you to place a deposit - 50% of what the animal worth. We can hold a dragon for as long as one week after placing the deposit. Please let us know if longer time is needed.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx priority overnight. The time arrival for a shipment is usually before 10:30am. Some exceptions are those places that are far from the cities (rural areas). It may take longer for the package to get there. FedEx usually provides a time commitment on next day air packages. If you'd like your dragon to be shipped using other carriers or to use your own account, please inform us so.
We guarantee live arrival or your dragon(s). In any unfortunate case, when the animal doesn't make it through shipping, or becomes lethargic, skinny, or acting "funny", we will refund your money back minus the shipping fee. We do require proof if the dragon end up dead during the shipment - by taking some pictures/ videos/ etc. - NO, we don't want you to send the dead dragon back to us, but please bury them properly. We do require you to send back the dragon who's having health issue after shipment. We will pay 1/2 the shipping fee.
Please make sure that someone will be home to receive the package. Any guarantee regarding to live arrival and health issue after shipment will be VOIDED if no one is present to receive the package.
Color and Gender
We use Cannon T3i digital camera to take pictures of our dragons. All pictures are taken under ZooMed 10.0 UV Light without any flash. All pictures go straight to our website or our ads at online classifieds without any modifications. We will also take any kind of pictures you want to ensure your satisfaction and to help your decision process.
We do not guarantee gender, unless we specifically state it on the available page. If we make a mistake with the gender, you are liable for a refund or replacement. The beardie will have to be sent back to us in order to receive a refund/ replacement.
If you think that the dragon you purchased looks much different than the pictures or ended up having a different gender, we would refund your money back or offer you a replacement (minus the shipping fee). You are to pay the shipping fee for any dragons that are sent back for this matter.
